We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our bunch.

The Chef de Partie Role

We are now looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our vibrant team on a full time, permanent contract supporting the service in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
Runs a section ensuring high standards are maintained at all times
Sets an example to junior chefs in the kitchen
Managing and training any demi-chef de parties, commis chefs or apprentices working with you
Helping the sous chef and head chef in the smooth running of the kitchen
Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
Ordering for the section
Involved with menu development, inputting of ideas and systems of work and methods
