Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in landscape construction, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This role involves the construction gardens and outdoor spaces, ensuring they are healthy, vibrant, and aesthetically pleasing.
Duties
* Utilise power tools and hand tools for various landscaping tasks, including but not limited to fencing, laying patios, walling, turfing and planting.
* Perform site maintenance duties to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of site, garden and outdoor areas.
* Carry out regular landscape construction tasks such as demolition, cement mixing, and clearing debris.
* Monitor stock levels of materials and report to team leader.
* Collaborate with team members to plan and implement garden designs that enhance the overall landscape.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in building, gardening or landscape construction is preferred but not essential.
* Familiarity with using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
* Strong understanding of groundskeeping practices and plant care techniques.
* Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
* Excellent attention to detail with a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
* Good physical fitness as the role requires lifting, bending, and prolonged periods of standing or walking.
