You’ll deliver innovative, visually striking design solutions for their Food and Snack categories, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring world-class products to market. Salary and Benefits * Competitive salary (with annual reviews) * 25 days holiday (rising to 27 after 3 years and 30 after 5 years) * Extensive benefits programme * Flexible working hours and hybrid home working * Learning, development and progression opportunities * Yearly bonus (based on company targets) * Generous Company Sick Pay * Pension Scheme contributions * Regular social events run by our in-house Social Team * Free parking Key Responsibilities * Research and present current and emerging consumer and packaging trends * Create visually compelling and well-considered 2D product concepts using market and consumer insights * Develop packaging and marketing visuals within brand guidelines * Collaborate with Product, Commercial and Technical teams to deliver innovative packaging solutions * Manage daily design workflows to ensure smooth category operation * Participate in internal and external meetings, presenting ideas confidently * Support product approvals to ensure accuracy and consistency * Contribute to sustainability initiatives by exploring eco-friendly design approaches Minimum Experience and Skills * Proven experience in food packaging design * Skilled in working with brands and adhering to brand guidelines * Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop * Strong understanding of print production and preparing artwork for print * Strong creative thinking and communication skills * Excellent attention to detail * Organised and able to manage multiple priorities * Proactive, enthusiastic and collaborative team player * If you are a creative, trend-driven designer looking for your next challenge within a global FMCG company, we’d love to hear from you.
