What You’ll Be Doing: Connecting riders with their dream bikes – Selling new and used motorcycles along with finance, insurance, and accessories. Creating exceptional experiences – Guiding customers through every step, from first enquiry to handover. Tailoring finance solutions – Presenting flexible finance options and value-added products to suit each rider. Following up leads – Proactively reaching out to potential customers to maximise every opportunity. Negotiating and closing deals – Using your confidence and product knowledge to seal the sale. Living and breathing bikes – Becoming a trusted expert that customers return to time and again. Your profile Experience in motorcycle or automotive sales or a strong background in a customer-facing sales role. A genuine passion for motorcycles – you know your way around a bike and love talking all things two wheels. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. A positive, driven attitude and a desire to hit and exceed targets. The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
