Job Title: Energy Sales Advisors (Venue-Based Sales)
Location: Various Retail Locations & Supermarkets based within Croydon and the surrounding area's
Salary: Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE £38,000 - Higher for top achievers)
At Your DWM Group, we're a dynamic direct sales company working in partnership with Scottish Power, one of the UK's leading energy suppliers. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Energy Sales Advisors to help customers find the best energy deals with Scottish Power. Whether you have experience in sales or are looking to break into the field, we provide full training to set you up for success.
As an Energy Sales Advisor, you'll be working in retail locations and supermarkets, engaging with the public and representing Scottish Power.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Helping customers find the best energy deal tailored to their needs
* Providing clear, friendly, and professional advice on energy tariffs
* Ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Representing Scottish Power in a positive, professional manner at all times
What We're Looking For:
* Sales experience is advantageous but not essential—full training will be provided
* Confident, with excellent face-to-face communication skills
* Ability to engage and build rapport with a wide variety of people
* Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
* A positive and professional attitude with the ability to stay motivated
