Your Responsibilities
Short-Term Roles
* Deliver engaging pre-planned lessons across different year groups
* Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
* Follow school behaviour policies and manage classroom expectations effectively
* Mark and provide feedback in line with school policies
* Adapt confidently to different school settings and routines
Long-Term Roles
* Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the curriculum
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
* Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
* Create an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment
* Participate in staff meetings, training, and wider school activities
* Take on full classroom responsibilities, including planning and marking
