The Role
As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our service remains person-centred, safe, and compliant. You'll spend time both in the field and in the office, supporting care staff and ensuring clients receive the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct client assessments, reviews, and spot checks to ensure care plans meet individual needs.
* Supervise, support, and mentor care staff, carrying out observations and appraisals.
* Deliver inductions, shadowing, and ongoing training to promote excellence in care.
* Build positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
* Ensure care delivery is compliant with CQC regulations and company policies.
* Provide hands-on support in emergencies or to cover care visits if required.
About You
We're looking for someone with a passion for care and quality who is ready to take on a leadership role.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in domiciliary care (Senior Carer, Team Leader, or similar).
* Strong knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Must hold a full, valid UK driving licence and have access to a car.
Desirable:
* NVQ/QCF Level 3 (or working towards Level 3/5 in Health & Social Care).
* Experience in supervising or mentoring care staff.
