Farnborough Airport Limited is looking to recruit a Concierge team member who will report into the Customer Service Manager.
Within this role, you will work as part of a team to:
* Ensure all visitors, including passengers, crews, and tenants/employees, always receive first-class hospitality.
* Greet passengers and crew at the door, identify their flight, accompany them to the lounge as required, and handle their luggage appropriately.
* Keep passengers waiting in the terminal informed about their flight status, guide them to the company vehicle when ready to board, and look after their luggage.
* Offer Concierge services to passengers and crews, ensuring their requirements are met or finding alternatives if needed.
* Facilitate the arrival and departure process for passengers, including checks by Government agencies (Immigration, Special Branch, Customs, VAT where appropriate).
* Perform administrative duties as required and assist the Operations/Reception team when needed.
* Demonstrate and encourage adherence to the company values of Proud, Passionate, Ambition, and Together in your daily role.

* Adhere to the company’s policies, procedures, guidelines, and reporting channels, ensuring safety and high standards, including compliance with safety, environmental standards, legislation, and policies like UK Modern Slavery and GDPR.
* Support the team with ad hoc activities/tasks as reasonably requested.
About you
* Evidence of right to work in the UK.
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
* Full 5-year employment/educational history with no unaccounted-for gaps.
* Ability to obtain a clear Criminal Record Check (CRC) for the required security clearance.
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Farnborough Airport Driving Permit.
* Hold a full valid UK driving license or equivalent.
* Experience in delivering first-class customer service.
* Flexible approach and ability to work various shift patterns.
* Experience in airside driving.
* Customer-facing/Concierge experience.
