You'll ensure operations are well-coordinated, accurate records are kept, and any issues are resolved swiftly.\nKey Responsibilities:\n * Book security officers on/off duty\n * Respond promptly and professionally to emails\n * Record safety check calls and resolve issues as they arise\n * Answer and log calls from officers and clients accurately\n * Provide clear, detailed shift reports (verbal & written)\n * Issue and check keys in line with procedures\n * Assist with roster allocations and arrange cover at short notice\n * Handle control room matters, reporting to the Operations Manager\nWhat We're Looking For:\n * Excellent written and verbal communication skills\n * Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)\n * Valid SIA Licence (Security Guard, Door Supervision, or CCTV)\n * Previous control room experience (essential)\n * Checkable 5-year work/education history (BS7858 standards)\n * Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure\n * Right to work in the UK\n * Proficient in English\nPlease click APPLY to send your CV for this role.\nCandidates with the relevant experience or job titles of; Operations Manager, Business Operations Manager, Operations Lead, Operations Supervisor, Operations Team Lead, Operations Coordinator, Operations Analyst, may also be considered for this role
