Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of bartending techniques. You will be responsible for creating an enjoyable experience for our guests by serving beverages and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
* Manage inventory of bar supplies, including ordering and restocking as necessary.
* Engage with customers, taking orders, answering questions, and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
* Demonstrate effective time management skills to ensure timely service during busy periods.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations within the restaurant.
* Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic maths skills for billing purposes.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
* Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour.
* Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
* A genuine passion for helping others and providing exceptional service to guests.
* Must be 18+
