£100k - £105k plus bonus pension holidays - South East - Oil& Gas / EPCRole and ResponsibilitiesYou will:Develop contract strategies based on internal policies and business requirements considering risk, scope, pricing, etc.Act as a single point of contact with the third-party for all contract management including contract variations, claims management and contract closeout.Represent contract management across all Projects, Joint Ventures and Licensing agreements.Manage the relationships with key service providers and Contractors.Manage our EPC contractor project teams and suppliers to ensure policy is implemented and best value is achieved.Lead and actively participate in commercial contract negotiations for all project purchasing.Personal Specification:Ability to work across multiple projects and geographical locations.Excellent stakeholder management skills.Experienced negotiator with internal and external stakeholders.Self-motivated and an excellent team player.Analytically strong to interrogate data with well-developed presentation and communication skills.Qualifications Required:Bachelors degree in a Commercial or Engineering related subject.MCIPSExperience Required:5-10 years’ experience within an oil and gas, petrochemicals, or energy, administering high value complex EPC and engineering contracts.Previous experience of managing a contracts team, preferably in a PMC role.Flexibility to multi-task in a fast-growing company and work with and across various functions inside the company.Ability to prioritise work under the guidance of Head C&P in a fast-moving environment.
