Contract Administrator
Salary: £14,370.96 per annum
Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Bucks Bio Waste, High Heavens Unit 2, SL7 3DJ
As a Contract Administrator at FCC Environment, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the Contract Operations Manager and Operations Teams. You will help deliver high-quality customer service and ensure the site operates efficiently and effectively, in line with budget and service requirements.
This is a part-time position, working five days per week.

What will you be doing?
- Providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Supporting site facilities management and liaising with service providers
- Assisting with reporting, data management, and the preparation of documents and presentations
- Helping to ensure health, safety, environmental, and quality standards are met
- Playing a key role in ensuring contractual obligations and customer expectations are delivered
- Maintaining filing systems (digital and physical)
- Maintaining employee records and attendance
- Communicating policies and updates
- Handling invoices and raising purchase orders
- Managing office supplies
- Using office software and tools to support daily operations
What are we looking for?
- Proven administrative experience in a demanding office environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Numerate and IT literate, with strong attention to detail
- A confident, decisive individual comfortable taking responsibility
- A team player with the ability to work in a small team environment (5–10 people)
