You will be responsible for maximising growth and profitability with the store teams, marketing and selling storage space whilst ensuring a safe working environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Store Manager for a reputable company with; An excellent career in a stable, fast growing business Investment in your training and progression Exclusive membership perks Permanent role Long Service recognition Bi-Annual bonus scheme Travel away from base store covered Free parking available on site Trainee Store Manager Duties such as: Drive to stores in the region - a clean driving license is mandatory Manage small teams and carry out personal development meetings Motivate, coach and support others to enable them to achieve their best Assist with recruitment, training, continual development and ensure fair staff rotas Respond effectively to the diverse needs of each customer Manage and record all enquiries to provide excellent customer service Identify opportunities for increasing storage occupancy and revenue Ensure a Marketing Plan is in place to achieve the store financial targets Design and carry out marketing and sales activity plans Monitor and improve conversion rates and mystery shop scores Ensure compliance with company operational and financial procedures Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are adhered to and up to date Identify any store repair & maintenance issues, report and follow up Ensure the store presents itself to a high standard of cleanliness Hours: Full-time, 40 hours a week max. 5 days a week Occasional weekend availability required Earliest start is usually 7.30am, latest finish is 6pm This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly team as a Trainee Store Manager to develop and enjoy your career!
