Managed Services Solution Consultant
Location: Hybrid working position | Business Area: Managed Services | Salary Details: Competitive salary dependent on experience (plus quarterly bonus scheme)
We’re looking for an experienced Consultant that specialises in ICT Managed Services and Solutions. You’ll join our growing team of Consultants at Chess ICT to support our different sales teams in aiming to retain and grow our Managed Services and Support business. You’ll bring a strong, consultative process to the sales lifecycle by offering your technical and commercial knowledge to enhance the Chess Sales experience.

1. To work across the different Sales and Services teams to define Managed Service solutions for our customers (New Business and Contract Renewals).
2. To directly engage with customers and capabilities within the business to propose and design services across the full portfolio of managed and professional services.
3. To provide sales support and collaboration with the technical teams, as required throughout the sales lifecycle.
