As a Senior Manager – Category Management (Money) you will be comfortable working at pace across CtM’s portfolio of money product lines to spot opportunities to improve performance and trading. This role will be responsible for analysis to understand how our Money category is performing and identifying what ‘levers CtM can pull’ to meet our growth targets. This is very much a ‘hands-on’ role which will be expected to dive into the numbers to identify opportunities and then work with stakeholders (e.g. Commercial, Product, Marketing, etc ,) to successfully deliver these trading initiatives and measure their outcomes. We’ve carved a meerkat-shaped niche and we’re looking for ambitious, curious thinkers who thrive in a fast-moving, high-impact environment. What you’ll be doing: Analysis to understand the performance of our Money category & making trading recommendations: Covering both sides of our marketplace (Customer behaviour & demand as well as Partner performance and conversion) Using Excel, BI tools (e.g. PowerBI ), SQL, AI to drive data-led decisions and insights feed directly into trading and performance strategies Understanding our profit margins, cost structures and ROI Working with stakeholders to inform key decisions impacting the performance of the Money category: Performance benchmarking to inform commercial terms for contract re-negotiations Monitoring conversion and funnel metrics to inform the rollout of new journey features Observing customer journeys to inform and optimize our marketing efforts Finding innovative ways to drive performance of our Money category - including the building the investment cases, prioritising the backlog of opportunities, delivering and measuring the outcomes.
