Overview
WTHT is looking for a Consultant Radiologist with a special interest in Interventional Radiology (IR). The post-holder will help grow the number and variety of IR procedures at WTHT’s new IR unit and establish new services such as prostate artery embolisation, thrombectomy for pulmonary thromboembolic disease, and management of venous disease (venoplasty & stenting). The post-holder will also support vascular interventional radiology meetings.
Responsibilities
The role may involve commitment to the AAU radiology rota. A dedicated 5-hour session per week is currently allocated to this with occasional additional filler sessions.
