This is the perfect opportunity to apply your skills in retrofit and decarbonisation and improve the quality of social homes within an experienced Planned Works team. Waverley Borough Council are currently delivering Wave 2.2 of the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund and have made an ambitious bid application for Wave 3 of the grant funding scheme. You would be responsible for delivering this domestic retrofit programme with the support of the wider team. This is a hybrid role – mixture of home and office working. Salary range: £41,267 - £44,387 (pending pay review). Contract type: 3 year Fixed Term contract. This post is a full-time role at 37 hours per week. However, all applications will be considered.
