Aftersales Manager Needed in Wigan
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm (Saturdays on a rota basis)
2. Salary: Basic up to £40,000 per annum
3. OTE £55,000 – £60,000 (including bonus)

Key Responsibilities of the Aftersales Manager:
9. Oversee all Aftersales operations including service, parts, and workshop teams
10. Manage daily workshop performance and ensure efficiency and productivity targets are met
11. Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty across all service departments
12. Develop staff through training, motivation, and clear performance management
13. Control department budgets and ensure commercial targets are achieved
14. Ensure compliance with company and industry standards
15. Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and suppliers
What We’re Looking For in an Aftersales Manager:
16. Proven experience as an Aftersales / Service Manager within a dealership environment
17. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
18. Commercial awareness and ability to manage department budgets and KPIs
19. Full UK driving licence
20. Relevant industry qualifications are advantageous
