Your Role:
As one of our Residential Surveyors, you’ll be the go-to expert for property inspections across parts of Ayrshire. Your keen eye and detailed reports will empower clients to make informed decisions, whether they’re buying, selling, or maintaining their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive inspections of residential properties, identifying issues and opportunities, including Home Reports and Mortgage Valuations for a wide range of clients.
* Prepare clear, accurate reports on property condition, valuation, and potential repairs.
* Advise clients on property values, market trends, and maintenance needs.
* Build strong relationships with estate agents, clients, and local stakeholders, whilst supporting the expansion of our Ayrshire offices by ways of new business relationships.
* Stay ahead of local market trends and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date advice.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a residential surveyor or similar role.
* Deep knowledge of property valuation, building standards, and legislation would be beneficial but not essential and training/support will be provided
* Ability to maintain up to date knowledge of the current property market and economy, the Firm’s products, services and processes to deliver excellent client care.
* Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple surveys efficiently.
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Ayrshire.
