We are currently seeking a Sales Brand Ambassador in North Houston who will report to District Director Southern Texas, as part of our Core US team
Your opportunity
1. Deliver Net Sales Targets by brand in the assigned territory for Optical frames and Sunglasses - Opticians, Optometrists and Ophthalmologists (3Os).
2. Develop strong relationships with customers built on a long-term partnership aimed at maximizing their sell through
3. Visit assigned customers, dedicating at least 80% of the working time with clients at their place of business, to fulfill both sales and service expectations
4. Build the appropriate door distribution in a qualitative manner, in accordance with the brands’ DNA.
5. Build and maintain a balanced brand sales portfolio
6. Collaborate with the customer for visibility and trade marketing projects, as well as in store training to maximize sales.
7. Provide timely and accurate reporting to the Sales Director
How You Will Contribute
8. Present and maximize the sell in sales of Optical frames and Sunglasses.
9. Work with the customer to maximize sell through sales with visibility and trade marketing programs.
10. Provide in store training to maximize sales.
11. Provide timely and accurate reporting.
Who You Are
12. Proven track record of growing sales and building door distribution among the 3Os.
13. Fluent in Spanish is a plus
14. Strong relationships with customers built on service and trust.
15. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
16. Ability to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.
17. Min 5-years of experience in Optical sales within the 3 Os.
18. University Degree or equivalent experience
19. Experience within fashion, luxury, cosmetics, consumer goods environments
20. Available to travel up to 90% of time
21. Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
22. Residency in Houston Area
