POSITION OVERVIEW
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and
enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Rooms
Division as a Butler.
The successful candidate will be committed to going
above and beyond to deliver exceptional service to our guests while maintaining
The Ritz London’s 5-star luxury standards. As a Butler, you will be responsible
for providing unparalleled service to our clients and guests, ensuring all
facilities and requests are well taken care of, and needs are anticipated in
advance and managed accordingly. Our butler will be working closely with other
departments such as Housekeeping, Room Service, Reception, and Hall Porters
& Concierge to maintain the highest 5-star standards for our guests and
their experiences.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
* Relevant experience in a 5-Star property or
household equivalent is essential
* Excellent customer service skills and
discretion
* Possess the ability to work under pressure and
have strong organisational skills
* Great command of the English language, both
spoken and written
* Display a polite and professional attitude to
internal and external guests
