Team context: You’ll join our in-house Creative team of producers, strategists, and UGC managers who create scroll-stopping content for Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You’ll own the relationship with Performance Marketing Managers to learn from what’s working, share insights, and help the team learn, iterate, and scale effective creative.
Responsibilities
* Report into the Creative Lead and own Runna’s UGC creator pipeline – sourcing, managing, and scaling creator partnerships to deliver performance-driven ads.
* Source, vet, and onboard new UGC creators aligned with Runna’s growth goals.
* Create and maintain a detailed matrix of UGC creators, including category, fees, content output, and total spend.
* Build and maintain strong creator relationships to maintain a scalable pipeline of high-quality content.
* Develop clear briefs to set creators up for success across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
* Review submissions, provide structured feedback, and manage revisions for top-quality output.
* Partner with the Performance Marketing team to analyse creative performance and translate insights into an evolving creator strategy.
* Collaborate with the ambassador team to identify opportunities for ambassadors to create ads, repurpose content, and negotiate rates.
* Manage contracts, rights usage, and budgets across creator partnerships.
* Drive continuous testing and iteration of UGC formats to scale what works.
What You’ll Bring To The Team
* 2+ years in influencer marketing, UGC management, or creator partnerships (agency or brand side).
* Strong understanding of paid social and drivers of performance across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
* Proven ability to source, brief, and manage creators to meet performance goals.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
* Strong eye for creative detail and data-driven decision-making.
* Highly organized and able to juggle multiple creator projects simultaneously.
* Collaborative approach to work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and ambassador teams.
* Passion for experimentation, iteration, and scaling growth through UGC.

* Salary £40,000-£60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus participation in Strava’s long-term incentive (stock) programs.
* Flexible working; typically 2-3 days per week in our London Vauxhall office.

Interview Process
1) Screening call with Josh, Talent Team (20 minutes). 2) Take-home task (12 hours) and interview with Laura, Head of Performance and Miranda, Director of Growth (50 minutes). 3) Final round in London with the CEO and UK team (about 1 hour).
