Job summary
Join our UK KYC Support to Front (S2F) Client Services Team as a KYC Support Intern. This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal functioning of the KYC Corporate activity, including creation, add-booking, modification, and periodic reviews. You will interact daily with various UK business lines and contribute to the development of the service within a dynamic team. The core mission is to deliver excellent client onboarding and KYC periodic reviews through outstanding execution capability and deep technical knowledge. A strong analytical mindset and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Focus primarily on KYC analysis for both new client onboarding and periodic reviews, maintaining constant client contact
2. Assist Relationship Managers (WRMs) in client creation, add booking, modification, and periodic review of KYCs
3. Support WRMs in executing the remediation process or related KYC projects
4. Ensure the completion of assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and within the defined deadline
5. Monitor team activity and allocate new files/requests to KYC S2F team analysts
6. Assist with daily/weekly reports for the team to follow up with clients/RM/GRM/FS on KYC files
7. Prepare the weekly meeting dashboard and team’s weekly highlights
8. Perform daily or weekly controls of the KYC S2F team activity
9. Conduct quality checks on sample files to ensure compliance and accuracy
10. Manage any other ad hoc or administrative activities within the team
11. Report any issues, alerts, or blocking points to your hierarchy
12. Participate in department methods and process improvement discussions across global locations.
