Job Description
Part-time Locum Dentist required for up to 3 days in a well established practice near Blackburn, Lancashire.
* Mon, Tues & Fri
* £500 per day with a target of 30 UDAs
* £13 per UDA for over achievement and £13 deduction for under achievement
* 50/50 Lab split
* Fully computerised surgeries - 8 surgery practice
* iTero Scanner
* OPG machine
* Digital x-rays
* Rotary Endo
* Therapist on-site
* Experienced and qualified nursing team
* PM on-site with a full support team
* Free parking on-site
* 15 minutes to Blackburn, 30 minutes to Preston and Bury, 50 minutes to Manchester.
* Available immediately, start date negotiable
