What is the job?
As a Delivery Consultant, youll join a team of high-performing consultants who are specialists within their core markets, supporting recruitment delivery across domestic and international client projects.
The successful applicantwill have access to industry-leading tools and technology, enabling you to identify, engage, and manage high-quality candidate pipelines effectively.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Writing and posting engaging job adverts based on client briefs
* Sourcing and screening candidates across multiple platforms
* Market mapping and talent pooling within specialist Life Sciences and Tech markets
* Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
* Preparing candidate shortlists and coordinating interview processes
* Providing candidate feedback and supporting offer management
* Assisting with onboarding and candidate aftercare
* Working closely with senior consultants and account managers to deliver against client requirements
Your Skills:
* Minimum 1-2 years recruitment experience, ideally within an agency
* Experience working in a Delivery Consultant or candidate-focused recruitment role
* Interest in Life Sciences or Tech markets
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
* Team-oriented approach
* Comfortable using recruitment technology and CRM systems
