Job Description
My client based near Dursley are a market leader in their field and are seeking a hands-on interim Finance Manager to support the finance team through a busy period.
* Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations
* Assist with month-end close and reporting
* Support general ledger management and journal postings
* Help implement process improvements and tidy up legacy issues
* Provide ad hoc financial support to the Finance Director and wider team
Requirements:
* Qualified or QBE accountant with strong technical accounting skills
* Proven experience in balance sheet recs, month end, and general financial controls
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, SME environment
* Strong Excel skills and experience with Sage or similar ERP (desirable)
