About the Role: Join our dynamic Buying team and play a key role in bringing our collections to life. As a Buying (Admin) Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the product journey, supporting with everything from purchase orders and sample management to pre-production and photo shoot prep. Responsibilities: Accurately raise and manage purchase orders in line with the critical path, ensuring all product information is up to date. Track and update barcode sheets, size breakdowns, costs, and product details with precision. Oversee all aspects of sample management — from tracking and archiving to press and photoshoot samples. Manage and support the Buying Intern in daily administrative and sample coordination tasks. Maintain up-to-date fit lists, critical paths, and supplier tracking documents. Coordinate pre-production and photoshoot preparation, ensuring all samples and product details are organised and accurate. Input product data (measurements, compositions, wash care) into internal systems and product launch documents. Communicate with suppliers to gather key information such as HS codes and shipping details. Support courier and DHL management, document filing, and general department organisation. Build strong, professional relationships with internal teams and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. Skills: Previous experience in a Buying, Product, or Merchandising support role (fashion industry experience preferred). Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Confident communicator with the ability to build positive relationships across teams and suppliers. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience using PLM or ERP systems (e.g., Elucid) is an advantage. A proactive multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively. Passionate about fashion, product, and process — with a keen eye for detail and quality.
