An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trust Administrator to join a well-established and supportive team. This role is perfect for someone with prior experience in trust or corporate administration who is looking to build their career in a collaborative and professional environment.
As a Trust Administrator, you will work closely with the Manager to provide high-quality support across all aspects of trust and company administration. You’ll be responsible for assisting with the daily management of a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assist with the day-to-day administration of trust and company structures
* Maintain accurate records and prepare documentation in line with internal policies
* Liaise with clients and intermediaries in a professional and timely manner
* Support the Manager in delivering excellent client service and meeting deadlines
* Opening bank accounts and processing bank payments across a variety of banking platforms in conjunction with the Payments Processing team
* Completion of funds acceptance forms to correctly record receipt of funds
* Preparation of minutes, board packs, basic agreements, Power of Attorneys and other documents
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal obligations
* Contribute to a positive team environment and shared objectives
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
* Prior experience in a trust or corporate services administration role
* Entry-level qualifications in Trust and/or Corporate Administration (e.g. STEP Certificate) are beneficial
* A good understanding of fiduciary responsibilities and basic legal/regulatory requirements
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and trust administration systems
* Basic familiarity of FATCA and CRS as they relate to client entities and reporting
