Are you a passionate and experienced early years' practitioner with a Level 3 qualification and a strong background in supporting children with special educational needs?
This welcoming and well-resourced private nursery in Waltham Forest is looking to recruit a Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the early stages of a child's development.
The Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Provide one-to-one and small group support for children with additional needs
*Assist with personalised learning plans and contribute to regular reviews and observations
*Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive
*Work closely with the SENCo, therapists, and families to support holistic development
*Help adapt learning activities and routines to meet individual needs
What We're Looking For:
*Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Supporting Teaching and Learning
*Strong experience supporting children with SEN in an early years setting
*A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to learning and behaviour support
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*A genuine passion for inclusive education and early years development
