Highly Successful, Regional Law firm is looking to expand the Insolvency & Restructuring Team. Applications welcome at associate and newly qualified level.
The structure of the team and nature of the role will appeal to someone ambitious. Reporting directly to the Head of Department, you will relish the opportunity of being given responsibility and plenty of client contact.
The team is instructed on a diverse range of matters acting for insolvency practitioners (administrators, liquidators, receivers, supervisors or trustees in bankruptcy), creditors, lenders, businesses & companies, directors and individuals.
This is a great opportunity to be an integral part of a growing team and directly involved with managing and developing relationships with clients and referrers.
You will be involved in all aspects of both contentious and non-contentious. If, to date, you have focused in just one area, that is not a bar provided you are open to developing and broadening your skills and expertise.
