We are currently recruiting an empathetic and dedicated Support Worker to provide care and support to a 30-year-old loving, caring young non-verbal gentleman with Autism and epilepsy. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in improving the individual's quality of life, promoting independence, and ensuring their overall well-being. The role includes offering companionship, facilitating community engagement, and fostering independence. An understanding of epilepsy and autism is essential.
