Procurement Manager – uPVC & Aluminium Fenestration Systems

Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000

The role of the Procurement Manager – uPVC & Aluminium Fenestration Systems will involve:
* Procurement Manager position dealing with a manufactured range of UPVc and aluminium fenestration systems
* Leas and manage the implementation of a new stock management systems across 2 sites
* Focus on optimising procurement processes, ensuring accurate stock levels, and integrating purchasing functions to improve inventory control and supplier management
* Collaborate with IT, warehouse, finance and other internal departments to ensure seamless integration of new system
* Define system requirements and work closely with vendor and developers to customise system as required
* Monitor and manage supplier performance and order processes, ensuring compliance and timely delivery
* Oversee purchase order completion, approval workflows, and stock replenishment
* Managing a the procurement team of circa 4
The ideal applicant will be a Procurement Manager – uPVC & Aluminium Fenestration Systems with:
* Must have Procurement/Buying leadership experience within the fenestration market sector
* Must have experience utilising Window Designer or similar
* Must have a procurement qualification (CIPS)
* Hands on experience with stock management or ERP system implementation (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Strong negotiation skills, commercial awareness and decision making capability
