1. £40,000 per annum plus £5,000 service charge

9. Overseeing all aspects of lunch and dinner service, ensuring consistency and excellence
10. Being the key link between the kitchen and front of house, maintaining smooth operations
11. Driving guest satisfaction and continuous improvement through your leadership
12. Setting the standard on the floor: hands-on, professional and always service focused

13. Experience in fine dining, ideally within a one Michelin star environment or higher
14. Proven leadership skills and strong operational knowledge
15. A passion for exceptional service and an eye for detail
