SHOPPER MARKETING MANAGER
My client is a very well known brand based in Oxfordshire and ideally would like this person in the office 2-3 times a week vs home working
* Establish with the Sales team the relevant partners we feel we should be working with to update their displays or put new ones into that will give proven ROI. When the work is complete do a full handover with the BDM and retailer.
* Work closely with the Category management and Sales teams to deliver the Retail Marketing strategy within the displays.
* Work closely with the Category management and Product team to have all up to date information on new product launches and also product discontinuations. This will then ensure our retailers are always kept up to date with the current and relevant products.
* Work directly with the SOR team to ensure the Retail 2.0 design concept is implemented correctly in the UK.
* Actively manage the whole of the design and manufacture process per project as each one is different. This includes working with the SOR team and then external agencies for the site survey, make sure the retailer has building regs and planning permission for new displays, design, manufacture and install. As well as this coordinate all products for each display alongside the BDM plus all documentation needed such as RAMS/booking in/COVID compliancy. Sign off once complete, if any snagging issues then organise for these to be complete in a reasonable time frame.
* Manage external agency plus BDM to coordinate the process from site survey to sign off, ensure all retail process documents are completed, signed and stored.
* In the Nationals channel organise all product swaps as and when requested.
* Actively manage with an external agency the removal of old displays from retailers we may no longer work with.
* Organise any signage required for individual retailers.
* Work with the Comms team to make sure all instore POS is implemented. The messaging will come from Category, but this role should make sure the execution is complete in an efficient and timely manner. Liaise with BDM’s and Field Agency for distribution and activation.
* Actively manage the CAPEX and Publicity budget for all display installs and product installs, aligning with the Sales Director and Marketing Director along with Finance.
