We are acting on behalf of a highly regarded, multi‑office law firm seeking an experienced and well‑rounded Family Lawyer (Solicitor or Legal Executive) with 3+ years PQE to join their expanding team in Hammersmith. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of a firm recognised for excellence across a variety of legal areas.
The Role
Our Client Is Looking For a Lawyer To Manage a Varied And Interesting Caseload Across Both Private And Publicly Funded Family Law Matters. You Will Work With a Strong And Collaborative Team, Handling Cases Across
* Care Proceedings and PLO matters
* Private Law Children
* Domestic Abuse matters, including Non‑Molestation and Occupation Orders
* Divorce and financial remedy proceedings
* General family matters, including unmarried couples and cohabitation disputes
About You
* 3+ years PQE
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team
* Confident and willing to undertake own advocacy
* Existing following or capacity to generate work
* Willingness to work towards panel accreditation
* Enjoy networking and contributing to business development
What You Will Be
* Someone who can hit the ground running
* Solid understanding of legal aid work
* Ability to undertake and develop private‑paying work alongside publicly funded matters
