A well-established Property Investment company based in Hendon - NW4, are seeking an Administration Assistant to join their professional team. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent school leaver or a candidate with minimum 6 months office experience who is eager to start a career within property.
This is a fully office-based role, Monday to Friday, from 9.30am to 5.30pm, with an early finish every Friday. Parking is available with a generous holiday package.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support to a small team
* Answering incoming phone calls and directing them as needed
* Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
* Organising meetings and managing appointments
* Handling incoming emails, letters, and other correspondence
* Maintaining client records and ensuring documents are tracked and organised
* Assisting with procurement of office supplies and managing inventory
* Filing, faxing and photocopying
Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 6 months administration in an office environment
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
