What You’ll Do Develop and maintain Level 1, 2 & 3 PSA models for advanced nuclear facilities. Apply fault tree and event tree analysis to assess complex scenarios. Support risk-informed design decisions that shape the future of nuclear power. Deliver PSA submissions for regulatory approval and safety cases. Collaborate with engineering teams and represent RR SMR at technical reviews and regulator meetings. What We’re Looking For Degree in Engineering, Physics, Maths or equivalent experience. Hands-on experience in Probabilistic Safety Assessment for nuclear facilities. Knowledge of fault trees, event trees, reliability data analysis, and hazard modelling. Familiarity with RiskSpectrum PSA software (Excel macros & SQL a plus). Strong communication skills and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams. Chartered or working towards Chartered status (preferred). Why Join Us?
