To be successful in this role, you should have experience with:
1. Financial Crime Regulations and Typologies - Expertise in AML in the UK, understanding of regulatory expectations and enforcement trends.
2. Riskernance and Control Frameworks Expertise - Ability to design, assess and enhance financial crime riskernance frameworks and processes, Financial crime systems and controls in relation to onboarding, screening, transaction monitoring and widerernance.
3. Stakeholder Management &munication - Capable of influencing senior stakeholders, Clear strategicmunicator who can translate technical risk concepts into business-relevant language.
