Accounts Assistant
* Full time or part time. Minimum requirements are you must be able to work everyday during the week from 9.00am to 2.00 or 3.00pm. Full time salary is £28,000.
* Sage experience is required and to have ideally worked in an accounts role within the property industry.
* We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join as an Accounts Assistant for an Estate Agency.
* Assist with day to day accounts and use the CRM to pay landlords and contractors, help with overheads payments and use SAGE to help reconcile and provide end of month reports.

* Processing and reconciling rent payments and invoices.
* Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable.
* Assisting with budgeting and forecasting.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
* Liaising with clients and vendors regarding financial matters.
* Assisting with tax preparations and filings.
* Performing general administrative tasks as needed.
Accounts Assistant
* Previous experience in the real estate industry, specifically in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
