We’re looking for a high-calibre Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist Strategy & Consulting practice. This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of top-tier consulting firms, in-house strategy teams, and exceptional talent from MBB, Big 4, and elite boutiques.

The Role
* Partner with leading consulting firms, corporates, and PE-backed businesses on senior strategy hires
* Build and own a market within strategy, corporate development, or transformation
* Advise high-performing candidates on career moves that genuinely shape their trajectory
* Deliver end-to-end search assignments, from market mapping through to close
* Develop a personal brand as a trusted advisor in the strategy ecosystem
About You
* Experience in recruitment or a strong background in strategy/consulting with a desire to move into search
* Commercial mindset with a consultative, relationship-led approach
* Credible, articulate, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
* Ambitious, self-directed, and motivated by long-term success rather than quick wins
