Student Systems Officer – Student-Facing Services
The Student Systems Officer will be a key member of the Student Record System (SRS) project, responsible for ensuring the student‑facing elements of the new system are intuitive, accessible, and secure. The role will work under the Student Systems Manager, collaborating with colleagues across the University to maintain consistency of appearance and process for student-facing services, and ensuring the system meets user needs, institutional policies and supports an excellent student and staff experience.
Location: Egham, Surrey
Salary: £29,297 per annum – including London Allowance. Appointment at a higher point may be made for candidates who demonstrate exceptional skills and experience relevant to the role.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the design, rollout and ongoing improvement of user‑facing components of the new SRS.
* Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistency of appearance and process for student‑facing elements.
* Collect and incorporate user feedback to validate that the system meets user needs and aligns with institutional policies.
* Support adoption and change management for staff and students, including training and documentation.
