Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm
Salary: £27,500

Primary Objective:
* Providing safe coordination of civils tasks that fall within a Zone of Interest to other utilities.
* Be responsible for reading safe dig prints provided and referring to the relevant guidance.
* To be responsible for signing of jobs that do not fall within a zone of interest.
* Required to keep in contact with relevant utilities companies to arrange site visits.
* To be fundamental in acting on MJQ’s working culture, its reputation and values.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for prioritising works from a list of Civils task that fall within a zone of interest
* Reading job packs and identifying correct locations for works required
* Identifying if utility companies need to be contacted to arrange a site visit using guidance provided in the form of a ZOI Matrix
* Contacting utilities and providing all the relevant information for an accurate assessment to be made and arranging site meetings
* Schedule in a MJQ supervisor to attend site meetings and provide the relevant paperwork/guidance to be completed
* Gather information from site meeting and adhere to guidance provided from utilities to sign job off for civils to be executed in a safe manor.
* Signing off jobs that do not fall within a Zone of Interest to enable civils work to be planned.
* To comply with M J Quinn Integrated Services Ltd.’s company Handbook, Policies and Procedures.
* Adhere to all relevant company policies and procedures addressing data protection, data security, cyber security and access to data and information collected, processed and stored by the company.
* Assist and support the company in all areas of compliance with current data protection and information security laws.
Person Specification:
* Have strong planning, organisation, and monitoring abilities.
* Must have experience within a similar role
* Excellent attention to detail
* Civils experience would be advantageous
* Be proficient on Microsoft Excel
* Strong administration skills and ability to use Microsoft Office.
* Can prioritise work, work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage business expectations.
* Telecoms knowledge and scheduling experience would be advantageous
* Be able to drive performance
* Be able to work within a high pressured environment
* Be confident in decision making and communication
Education, Qualification and Certification:
* Proficient with Microsoft packages, in particular Excel
* Experience within a similar role/ industry
