The role is home-based, offering strong work-life balance, with opportunities to travel across the UK and occasionally internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver a minimum of 70 training days per year across face-to-face, virtual, and 1-2-1 sessions
* Maintain a consistent and engaging teaching approach across programmes
* Act as a key contact for teaching-related queries
* Update and improve course materials
* Support learners with subject-specific guidance
* Assist internal teams with your subject knowledge when required
* Work closely with Programme Leads to support delivery

The Person
* To succeed as a Course Tutor, you will need:
* Experience delivering training or teaching programmes
* A recognised teaching or training qualification
* MCIPS/FCIPS status, or working towards it
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Confidence using virtual learning tools
* The ability to manage your time and meet deadlines
* A supportive and professional approach to working with learners
