Role
* Providing targeted pastoral support to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Acting as a key point of contact for students who require additional guidance and encouragement.
* Supporting attendance, punctuality, behaviour, and engagement through proactive intervention and monitoring.
* Working closely with teachers, pastoral leaders, parents, and external agencies to ensure students receive the support they need.
* Assisting with behaviour support strategies and restorative approaches to conflict resolution.
* Supporting students facing social, emotional, behavioural, or wellbeing challenges.
* Maintaining accurate records and contributing to safeguarding and student welfare processes.
* Promoting a positive, safe, and inclusive school environment where all students can thrive.

* Has experience working with young people in a school, youth work, mentoring, pastoral, or support setting.
* Builds strong and professional relationships with students and colleagues.
* Demonstrates empathy, resilience, and a calm approach when managing challenging situations.
