Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound conversations across multiple channels, creating a seamless and positive customer experience.
* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell across our mobile and converged product portfolio.
* Generate strong pipeline activity and consistently work towards achieving key sales and performance targets.
* Manage customer queries efficiently, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and exceed expectations.
* Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and NPS by delivering an end‑to‑end, high‑quality experience.
* Collaborate with your team to share knowledge, test new approaches, and continuously improve how we work.
