We are offering positions with flexible working weeks or set hours, tailored to your availability and preferences. Short-term assignments typically last up to 6 weeks, while long-term roles extend beyond 12 weeks or a full term. Responsibilities:
1. To provide in-class support for either the whole class, identified individual students or small groups of students (e.g. 4-5 students).
2. Under the direction of a class teacher, SENCO, to develop and lead small group work.
3. Under the direction of the class teacher, to assist and support in upholding standards of behaviour across the class.
4. To assist in delivering and producing teaching and learning materials for students, including differentiating the materials.
5. To provide regular feedback to the class teacher and to the SENDCo or the relevant line manager.
6. To support the teacher with setting up the class including the daily activities, ensuring that continuous provision is available, display boards, managing pupil journals and work books etc.

Essential Requirements:
1. Relevant qualifications (L2/3 TA etc.)
2. High knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
3. Classroom experience.
4. Two references from the last 5 years (1 must be a full child-based safeguarding reference)

1. DBS on the update service.
