About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Laminator to lead and oversee complex lamination projects. You will be responsible for supervising production, troubleshooting technical challenges, and ensuring compliance with the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee all aspects of composite lamination, including advanced pre-preg, resin infusion, and out-of-autoclave techniques.
· Lead and train a team of laminators, ensuring work quality, efficiency, and safety.
· Work closely with engineers to refine manufacturing techniques and improve productivity.
· Troubleshoot complex defects and production challenges.
· Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and industry-specific quality standards.
· Manage production schedules and allocate resources effectively.
· Serve as the go-to expert for technical inquiries and process improvement.
· Comeptently load and run the autoclave and assited machinery, with the technical ability to train junior members of the team to competently perform these tasks, adhereing to strict Health and Safety protocal.
