What You’ll Be Doing
* Assisting residents with personal care and daily activities
* Supporting wellbeing, independence, and dignity
* Helping create a warm, engaging, and positive home environment
* Working as part of a friendly, professional care team
* Ensure high standards of care in line with Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy
About You
* Kind, dependable, and compassionate
* Flexible and proactive approach to work
* A team player with good communication skills
* Previous care experience is helpful but not essential
* Have a genuine passion for improving residents’ lives
