The Team
You’ll be joining our People Change & Solutions team, working closely with colleagues who are passionate about making a difference and supporting each other. Reporting to the People Solutions Foundations Specialist, you’ll also collaborate across Workday, HR Systems, Data and Payroll.
The Role
As our People Solutions Data Administrator, you’ll play a vital part in maintaining the integrity of our People data and ensuring the correct and compliant administration of our structural frameworks, processes, and systems. You’ll be responsible for:
* Actioning and resolving mismatch reports between systems such as Workday, CVP, AIMS and payroll
* Creating, amending, and deleting positions in Workday, ensuring correct reporting lines and organisational alignment
* Updating and maintaining job catalogue components, including titles, classifications, and job codes
* Aligning jobs to correct profiles during organisational changes or system updates
* Progressing or reassigning stuck tasks in business processes
* Assigning and updating security roles, supporting new user setups and access issues
* Carrying out any other reasonable duties as needed
What we’re looking for
* Focused on delivering accurate and timely results, with strong attention to detail
* Previous experience in a People Team or working with data
* Flexible and comfortable operating across multiple areas
* Skilled at building trusted relationships and working with people at different levels
* Open to change and able to work independently or as part of a team
* Methodical, organised, and able to remain calm under pressure
* Professional and customer-focused, with discretion and sensitivity in handling confidential matters
* Excellent numerical and verbal/written communication skills
* High level of IT literacy, including Word, Excel and Outlook

Practicalities
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
