The award winning One Spa has an exciting opportunity for a Spa Therapist at Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa Edinburgh. The role is full time and requires weekend and evening work. You will be offered extensive training with top product ranges, including ESPA.
Responsibilities
* Maintain day‑to‑day responsibility for equipment, products, cleanliness and hygiene of treatment areas.
* Assist with demonstrations and events as required.
* Manage daily responsibility of retail sales, treatments and upselling.
* Supervise and conduct safety of users and equipment, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety at Work Law and Health and Hygiene standards.
Qualifications & Attributes
* Previous experience in a therapist role within a luxury five‑star environment is a distinct advantage.
* Excellent understanding of client care and five‑star treatment standards.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours.
* Impeccable personal presentation.
* Genuine interest in holistic spa treatments.
* Committed, enthusiastic and customer focused.
* Ability to work reactively and proactively.
* Ability to work as part of a dedicated and passionate team.
* Weekend work required.
* NVQ level 3/SVQ Level 7 in Beauty Therapy minimum.
